Junior Membership

Juniors may be ages 21 through 34. All 35 year-old applicants must join as full stockholding members. A junior member must purchase a share of stock within 30 days of their 35th birthday to remain a member. |

The initiation fee for a junior member will be $5 00.00 (to be paid with application). Upon turning age 35, a junior electing to purchase a share of stock will pay the difference between $500.00 and the current initiation fee for a stockholding member. |

Dues of $165.00 per month. |

Food and beverage minimum of $35.00 per month (excluding alcoholic beverages) |

Junior members will not be charged the debit service and future assessments. |

An escrow account, owned by the club, will be opened for each new junior member. From the above dues, the Club will deposit $25 per month into this account. The Club will be responsible for administration of the account. Monies paid into the account will be made available to the member for the sole purpose of purchase of a share of Lake Charles Country Club stock, upon request by the junior member. Escrow money is forfeited to the club if the junior member declines to become a stockholding member upon reaching 36 or leaves the Club through resignation. |

Upon reaching age 36, a Junior member may purchase stock from an exiting Club member if a share is available on the open market. The Club will pay the exiting member the money in the junior members’ escrow account. If the only stock available is treasury stock, the junior member will pay the club the difference between the current treasury stock selling price and the balance in their escrow account. If no share is available, the junior member will commence paying full stockholding member fees and contract to purchase the next available share from either an exiting member or the Club treasury.
